Upon subscribing, you can place as many design requests as you wish in your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

You might find this surprising, but BrandVerse is essentially operated by a single individual. This implies that you'll directly collaborate with me, Marcus Kaspar, the founder of BrandVerse. Nonetheless, power-up requests like animations or custom illustrations are managed by partner designers.

At BrandVerse, there's a lot of flexibility in requesting designs. This is all done through Trello, which you can use for free. You can write down your request, upload a document, images, videos, voice messages—whatever suits you. In your personal Trello board, you can set up an unlimited number of requests, which will be processed one after the other. You decide which task is the most important. Once that task is resolved to your satisfaction, we move on to the next request. And so on, and so forth.
